1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HiredPathway ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HiredPathway is an AI-powered interview preparation tool that generates customized interview questions from job postings, conducts mock interviews, and provides feedback to help users prepare for job interviews.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • HiredPathway offers a free tier with limited usage and a Pro subscription with expanded access.
  • Payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content.

6. AI-Generated Content

The interview questions and feedback generated by HiredPathway are produced by AI and are provided for preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. HiredPathway is not affiliated with any employer or hiring organization.

7. Intellectual Property

The HiredPathway platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by HiredPathway. Content you submit (such as job descriptions) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you obtain employment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiredPathway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
